Established in 2003 and originally named Darren Russell Plumbing & Heating the company has evolved from undertaking all plumbing and heating works to now specialising in the installation of gas boiler and controls. I started my journey as apprentice to my Father Alan Russell who has over 30 year’s experience in the trade. Within 3 Years I was fully qualified and gas safe registered, the learning curve was steep but invaluable at the same time.

Over the last 16 years there has been some major changes in our industry including the introduction through legislation of condensing boilers and condensing technology in 2005, between now and then the technology has improved dramatically and so has the need for training and upskilling to keep up to date with all the changes. My passion for this industry has grown just like my thirst for knowledge has increased, the more I learn the more I realise I need to learn. As I have gained more experience, I have realised that customer service is and must be at the forefront of everything I do. From that initial contact to site visits, quotation, job booking, deposits, new boiler installation, customer handover, follow up call, we aim to make the process as seamless and hassle free as possible.
