Since covid began which seems a lifetime ago now we have always adhered to the rules when it came to safe working practices in people’s homes. Even though pretty much all restrictions have now been lifted and life is getting more and more normal by the day we understand that there will still be occasions when customers who don’t yet feel safe need extra reassurance and measures put in place. So to clarify we are still prepared to wear masks, wipe surfaces, sanitize hands and keep our distance if that is what you are comfortable with, if you have old or vulnerable family members who you are arranging works for then please discuss this with either the engineer or with our office when we perform our pre job phone call.

If you do have any covid symptoms prior to any appointment we kindly ask that you do inform us as a courtesy as we would 100 % do the same and a decision can be made on the risk and possible rescheduling of nay works.
